I have spent over $400 on the books and was not able to utilize either of the price reductions - one because the billing set up would not accept my attempted entry of the code, and the second because the response to my question took so long to get back to me that I had already received the book the question was about. On January 2nd I received a response to an question I had when making one of the books, which offered me a 10% discount, but I had already resolved the issue, sent off the book for printing, and received the printed book - all before getting the answer to may question and of course the offered discount was of no use since I had already ordered the 8 books.

I repeatedly tried to enter a code to give me a discount but could not succeed a symbol kept circling and would not apply, so I finally paid the full amount. This year I ordered 8 books, 5 to be delivered to me and 3 sent to other addresses.While the quality of the books received to date (order # 元9N49VJPG) is good I have a complaint. I am also grateful that my lockdown hours can pass so much happier because of the time spent on creating these photobooks and I look forward to creating many more.Įvery year I make photo books for my two daughter's families. Even the shipping confirmation comes through 2 working days after I've ordered, always around 18.30. From the moment my order is confirmed by Mimeo, I know exactly when the book will be at my doorstep. But before I come to that may I also mention how easy the ordering procedure is. Then comes the record speed of delivery once I have ordered the photobook. I am also satisfied with the quality of the printing. And not only that, but everyone I have spoken with has been very helpful and my problems or questions have always been solved. Since mid December, I have ordered 6 photobooks (100 pages each) and will soon be ordering my 7th - one of the good things of the lockfown, I have endless hours at home! I have found it so incredibly helpful that, if I have any question, I can message Mimeo and someone will always respond in less than 5 mins. I still miss some of the older photobook styles but the service which I always receive from Mimeo totally compensates any such loss. I am so happy with Mimeo Photos!! When Apple stopped printing books, I was devastated.
